Our story

Why we started Iron Gold

Iron Gold Solutions was founded by Ammon Hasson and Spencer Manwaring, who have served together throughout their careers in the U.S. Army National Guard. That service taught them how much depends on getting the details right, coordinating many parties toward one objective, and following through on every commitment. Iron Gold Solutions is a veteran-owned company.

They started Iron Gold to bring those same standards to government and commercial procurement. Our purpose is straightforward: understand what the customer needs, assemble qualified suppliers and service providers to meet that need, manage the work carefully, and stand behind the result.

We are a new company and are building our record deliberately. We would rather take on work we can perform well than claim more than we can deliver.

Ammon Hasson

Co-Founder

Ammon Hasson has served in the U.S. Army National Guard alongside co-founder Spencer Manwaring throughout his military career. His training includes military intelligence and foreign-language instruction, and his service has included federal mission-support and analytical work in national security and investigative settings.

In his commercial career, Ammon has worked in corporate development, with experience in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and the evaluation of commercial opportunities. At Iron Gold, he applies that background to assessing opportunities and building sound, well-structured partnerships.

Spencer Manwaring

Co-Founder

Spencer Manwaring has served in the U.S. Army National Guard alongside co-founder Ammon Hasson throughout his military career. His training includes military intelligence and foreign-language instruction, and his service has included federal mission-support and analytical work in national security and investigative settings.

Spencer brings experience operating in regulated, process-driven environments where careful planning, accurate reporting, and accountability for results are expected.

Military service is part of our founders’ background. It does not imply any government endorsement of Iron Gold Solutions, and individual experience is not presented as company past performance.
