Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Iron Gold Solutions LLC (“Iron Gold Solutions,” “we,” “us”) collects through irongoldsolutions.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website.

Information you provide

When you submit one of our inquiry forms, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• your name, organization or company name, and business email address;
• an optional phone number and company website;
• the content of your inquiry, such as a requirement description, products or services offered, geographic coverage, self-reported business classifications, UEI or CAGE code, and teaming interests.

Please do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, personal identification documents, financial account information, or other sensitive data through this website. Our forms do not accept file uploads.

Information collected automatically

• Submission details. With each form submission we record the date and time, the page it was submitted from, and a one-way, salted hash of your IP address. We use the hash only to limit abuse (for example, repeated automated submissions); we do not store your IP address itself.
• Aggregate usage counts. We count certain interactions—such as clicks on contact buttons and completed form submissions—as daily totals per page. These counts contain no personal information.
• Security verification. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated programs. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for this purpose; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the website.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to identify visitors. Our security and hosting providers may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.

How we use information

• to respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential business relationships;
• to keep records of supplier and partner information for matching against future requirements;
• to protect the website and our forms from spam and abuse; and
• to understand, in aggregate, which parts of the website are useful.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the website and run our business:

• Service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, database, and security), Resend (delivery of internal email notifications about new inquiries), and Google Workspace (our business email).
• Business partners, where you have asked us to pursue a specific opportunity together, and only the information relevant to that opportunity.
• Legal requirements, when required by law or to protect our rights and the rights of others.

Retention

• Inquiries. If an inquiry does not lead to an ongoing business relationship, we delete it 24 months after our last contact with you.
• Business relationships. If an inquiry leads to an ongoing relationship—for example, an active opportunity, a supplier relationship, or a teaming arrangement—the relevant information becomes part of our business records and is kept for as long as that relationship and our legal and contractual obligations require.
• Spam and security data. Submissions we identify as spam, and security and rate-limiting records (including the hashed IP addresses described above), are kept for no more than 30 days.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Submitted records are stored with our hosting provider and are accessible only to authorized Iron Gold Solutions personnel through an authenticated interface. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted by emailing info@irongoldsolutions.com. We will honor deletion requests unless the law requires us to keep the record, in which case we will tell you. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your request.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and government organizations and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
